Lindos
Lindos is a very nice place, with wonderful sea at Lindos Beach and the view is fantastic from wherever you stand! Be prepared for a lot of walking because the whole area is full of hills and descents. On the negative side, we found it quite expensive, the food mostly. Also, it's crowded and if you go in the morning it's literally not much fun. It's most worth it in the afternoon, at sunset, and in the evening for a nice meal.

Afandou Beach (Afantou)
Small rocks and pebbles, very few people, and you can find also showers and cafeterias and bars there. We prefer our beach completely fine sandy though, this is not to be found here unfortunately. Clean waters though.

Pastida
I have stayed in Pastida a few times over the past few years, having stayed 3 times at the Garden Hotel which is where I am planning to spend part of my Greece when I next visit.
Pastida is a very friendly village and as I was then travelling on my own I didn't feel nervous at all, I also visited Marieta's Hotel where I made friends and still keep in contact with them, I haven't stayed at Marieta's though.
The local bus stops in the village square. There were a few eateries/bars/shops in the village.
Looking to my next visit even though it will be shorter this time.

Halki (Chalki)
This will be the 5th time that we have been to this jewel of the Aegean, and we love it more each time we go!

Lindos
Lindos is a unique traditional settlement on the southeastern side of Rhodes with a rich history and a luxurious present. The magnificent ancient Acropolis of Lindos that dominates the rock above the settlement, the exceptional and delightful view of the Aegean Sea, the narrow picturesque alleys and the island atmosphere, make Lindos a pole of attraction for countless tourists. It is worth wandering through the maze of the narrow streets, browsing the tourist shops of all kinds or sitting in one of the restaurants or cafes. Just be patient and arrive at the right time! On hot summer days the heat is very close to unbearable. Parking spaces are hard to come by and depending on the time a matter of luck. The overflow of tourists borders on overcrowding. We went late in the afternoon after swimming on the beach.

Rhodes Acropolis (Monte Smith)
A beautiful region in Rhodes where visitors may see the well-preserved Ancient Odeon and the Ancient Olympic Stadium. There are a few well-preserved pillar remnants and a temple with scaffolding. Access to the building was unrestricted.

Seven Springs (Epta Piges)
There is a restaurant named Epta Piges in Seven Springs that serves barbecued 30-day-matured steaks with authentic butcher cuts like t-bone, tomahawk, and other varieties.

That really enriched my experience. The steak was prepared exactly as I requested. I returned solely for the steaks.

Lindos Beach
We visited Lindos for swimming in early September, parked easily and very close to the beach. The sea for small children is simply ideal. My 2 year old son played fearlessly with other children. We enjoyed every minute and of course the incredible view of the Acropolis. Many boats available for excursions to the surrounding coast. We did not go up to the Acropolis of Lindos due to the heat combined with my young son, 2 years old. It is definitely worth walking around the village. Awesome destination.

Agathi Beach
A site of outstanding beauty, obviously of archaeological importance that is not mentioned anywhere! A friend suggested we look for Agathi beach and we were very surprised!
Crystal clear water, fine sand, organized with sunbeds, toilets and a lousy canteen! Surely the beach would be even better without the August crowds!

Ixia Beach
Ixia is a lovely beach with shingle and stones, clear water, and excellent swimming and snorkeling opportunities.
Be careful when you enter the ocean because the beach slopes quite a bit and the depth might increase quickly. Overall, a really lovely beach.
