Haraki (Charaki)
We first went here 8 yrs ago as just a quick week away, no idea were we was going to be staying allocation on arrival.

We arrived late evening / early morn and went straight to bed, when we got up in the room we thought we had died and gone to heaven, absolute paradise so much so that we have been back every year since and love this place and people so much we bought our retirement home and are moving out there this year.

Cannot compliment the people enough for the welcome and reception that you get wherever you go in the bay of Haraki 10/10 EXCELLENT!

Haraki (Charaki)
Looking forward to our 3rd visit (in June) to Haraki in 3 years!!
Love the laid back atmosphere and the friendly locals! No hectic night life, but some really good restuarants and bars.
Hope Helen and John are still there, at the restuarant below Porto Haraki studiios...

Gennadi Beach
Gennadi is the best place what I've ever seen and visited. I spent there 2 vacation and I am going there for free time in this year. People, sea, beach, food everything is perfect. Mainly contentment and no stress there.

Lindos
Reading comments during my lunch break and it brought back so many memories. I worked there for the best summer of my life in about 1990 for Grecian holidays. So long ago now but such wonderful memories. Manolis bar, backgammon in Socs, crazy nights in lindos by night. The most fun group of reps and locals anywhere. To jeff and louise (Jenny may hols) Lisa, Hazel Tina and all at Grecian, Sally (airtours) and many others who gave me so many fantastic memories...where are we all now...older buty no wiser probably!! Yassou!

Pefkos Beach (Pefki)
I would like some feedback from people who have stayed in Pefkos with teenagers. Our boys will be 18 & 16 when we travel to Greece in Jun/Jul. They enjoy exploring eating out, some walking, culture & beaches. Any suggestions? Is there anything for them to do at night after dinner if they are not too tired from a busy day? Thanks.

Tsambika Monastery
Cut a long story very short. Me and my wife had suffered 2 misscariages and were having the worst year of our lives. Whilst on holiday we decided to make the trip up to the top of the mountain. 2 Months later we're expecting twins. Could just say it's luck but some really strange things happened on that holiday. Would recommend the trip to anyone, even those who aren't trying for a baby, the view from the top is the best view i've ever seen, and I've been to some beautiful places !......

Gennadi Beach
I and my family bought a house in Gennadi in 2006, we have been welcomed by the locals and although it is a holiday home we are treated the same as the locals, we would recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes. A real Greek village with all the charm and friendliness Greece has to offer.

Fanes
I have a little house in fanes between the village and the local beach. I visit (from New York) once a year to visit Fanes and firends. Fanes is a beautiful place especially in the summer (beach) and in the fall during the harvest of grapes and olives.
