Kolymbia (Kolympia)
Our family had a wonderful time at Kolympia Beach last year. The beaches were perfect for our little one to play, and the water was calm and inviting. It was the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere we were hoping for, making our vacation almost perfect. One plus point is that it is also relatively close to other interesting location on the island, for example it is very close to seven springs, also not too far away from the beach of Tsambika which we also enjoyed a lot, and Lindos as well. We can recommend this place and we will surely visit again!

Approval for the placement of the waterport for seaplanes in Mandraki of Rhodes
What a fantastic idea! At the right price I’d certainly give it a go!

The Medieval Castle of Lindos
Very beautiful castle. I visited the castle on Lindos during my trip to Rhodes last year. I loved this castle!

Approval for the placement of the waterport for seaplanes in Mandraki of Rhodes
Would be also a tourist attraction seeing seaplanes take off and landing near the port of Mandraki.

Embonas (Emponas)
We visited Embonas in September after contacting Rhodes City Hall researching my father who was born on Rhodes in 1898 and immigrated to the USA at age 15. I knew so little about him and his family and that was a life long dream to visit Rhodes. I learned that his family is from Embonas and he still has family there. Sad that I didn't get to meet my father's great-grand niece, she's 97 and her great-granddaughter who was visiting in Holland, but I learned so much about him. Pandellis Mouzouarakis. We had been spelling his last name wrong for many years. I want to return very soon. I really didn't want to leave.

Halki (Chalki)
I am leaving Halki right now. A deserted paradise end of October. Wonderful weather and perfect water for swimming. I cannot imagine this place during the peak season. It definitely worth a visit but absolutely in the low season!

Rhodes Art Park
We've been to the Rhodes Art Park after we had found it on the map of Rhodes looking for something new that we have not seen on our tour through the island. The people there were very friendly and told us everything about the park and how they operate. Artist from all over the world are invited to work on their artwork for free and if wanted, to leave them in the gallery and for sale. We have seen there many fantastic artworks of all kind and recommend all to come and see while spending time at Rhodes, it's really worth it.

Glystra (Glistra) Beach
This beach is now unsafe. Following this years large fire there is much broken glass, twisted metal & metal shards on the beach.

Psinthos

Zephyros Beach (also: Zefyros or Zefiros)
Loved Zefyros beach, we mostly stayed at this beach as most others were too overcrowded for us, stayed near the beach bar so we could go for cold drinks while relaxing on the €6 sunbeds - fabulous beach!
